            Junior Field Experience:  an Assessment of Two Types of Placements

This project is a comparison of the traditional half day junior field classroom placement of forty hours in four weeks and a longer experience consisting of forty hours over twelve weeks in the concentrated areas of guided reading, writing and math. Traditional placement includes all activities during the half day. How do these placements affect teacher candidates' confidence levels?
