What we do:

• Provide free assistance in mathematics for all NSU students
• Assist students in improving their knowledge and skill in mathematics
• Encourage students to develop a mathematics "work ethic"
• Help students overcome any math anxiety and/or math test phobia
• Train students to successfully complete national standardized tests

Who we are:

• Student tutors who have been successful in their studies of mathematics, have teaching experience/ability, and have been faculty recommended and trained for tutoring
• Professional staff members of the Math and Writing Center

How to use our services:

• Walk-ins are welcome; appointments are preferred
• One-hour per day appointment per student
• You may schedule appointments up to 2 weeks in advance

Monday: 9:00AM - 9:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00AM - 7:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00AM - 3:00 PM
