The ensemble cast of four young women were on stage for the entire show. They played a total of twenty-two characters, both male and female with an age range from 6 to 82. They performed on a sixteen foot square platform. The only set piece was the swing center stage.
A window gobo was used to indicate an interior.
A leaf gobo was used during several of the flashback scenes which were staged under The Syringa Tree.
