ABERDEEN, S.D. – Research conducted by Northern State University School of Business faculty members Dr. Kristi Bockorny and Ms. Michelle Lesnar will be presented at the Association of Leadership Educators 2018 Annual Conference July 8-11 in Chicago.

Bockorny and Lesnar’s submission is titled "A Pilot Program in College Mentorship: Is There Value?"

"I am excited to attend this conference as it will provide a great opportunity to network with other educators who value quality leadership education,” mentioned Bockorny, assistant professor of management, who will attend the conference on behalf of NSU. "I am looking forward to receiving feedback on the mentoring program as well, and receive suggestions on how to make a mentoring program better!"
