ABERDEEN, S.D. – Due to severe weather, the Northern State University campus will close at 5 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 10), and reopen at 10 a.m. Friday, April 12.

There will be no classes and no campus activities, and all offices will be closed during this time.

NSU Theater’s performances of “Fun Home” will be canceled on Wednesday and Thursday. Patrons who have purchased tickets for those nights will have their tickets honored at their choice of the Friday or Saturday performance. Refunds will also be available if necessary.

The JFAC box office will be open 1-4 p.m. Wednesday, and noon-4 p.m. Friday to answer any questions or facilitate other arrangements. The box office can be reached at 605-626-2900 or nsuboxoffice@northern.edu.

Huron Community Campus

The NSU HIST 151-United States History I class scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, at Huron Community Campus is canceled. Students are asked to please check D2L for assignments posted by Mr. Mittelstedt.

 All NSU courses scheduled for Thursday April 11, at HCC have been canceled as well. Students are again asked to please check D2L for instructions from their professor.

Salvation Army Update

The Salvation Army Corps and Store, which typically sets aside fresh produce for students on Wednesday afternoons, will be closing today (April 10) at 1 p.m. due to the weather. Please call 605-225-7410 with questions.
