RusticPathways Scholarship

Deadline: Aug. 1, 2021

Summary: Applicant must be attending college during the 2021 fall semester. Requires online application and essay. One $1,000 scholarship and two $500 scholarships.

 

Textbook Nova 2021 Scholarship

Deadline: Aug. 1, 2021

Summary: Applicant must be enrolled for the 2021 fall term pursuing an undergraduate degree. Requires online submission and essay. One $1,000 scholarship.

 

Slumber Yard Scholarship

Deadline: Aug. 13, 2021 

Summary: Applicant must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate and graduate program with a 3.0 or higher GPA . Requires online submissions, transcript, and video essay. One $1,500 scholarship to be awarded. 

 

The Kaplan Group Business Scholarship

Deadline: Aug. 15, 2021 

Summary: Applicant must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate business/law-oriented degree program with a 2.5 GPA or higher. Requires 600-word essay. One $1,000 scholarship to be awarded. 

 

Broadway Pass Scholarship

Deadline: Sept. 1 and Dec.1 for each semester 

Summary: Applicant must be currently enrolled in an undergrad or grad program with a 3.0 GPA or higher. Requires essay on the topic of Broadway and musical theater’s future after the end of the COVID–19 pandemic. One $1,000 scholarship to be awarded each semester.

 

Watertown Area Chamber Agriculture Scholarship

Deadline: Oct. 15, 2021 

Summary: Applicant must be enrolled at the time the scholarship is presented and have been involved in agriculture, 4-H, and/or the Watertown Winter Farm Show. Requires application and high school/college transcripts. Three $1,000 scholarships to be awarded. 

 

Olive Auto Technology Scholarship

Deadline: Oct. 20, 2021

Summary: Applicant must be currently enrolled, majoring in computer science, technology, automotive technology or computer information systems with a 3.0 GPA or higher. Requires online application, transcript, essay and letter of recommendation. One $1,000 scholarship.

 

Emery Reddy Legal Studies Scholarship

Deadline: Nov. 30, 2021

Summary: Applicant must be pursuing a degree in the legal field. Requires application, essay, and proof of good academic standing. Two $2,500 scholarships.

 

Worgul, Sarna & Ness, Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC Scholarship

Deadline: Dec. 1, 2021

Summary. Applicant must have an interest in being responsible when it comes to the use of alcohol. Requires application, unofficial transcript, essay, and letter of recommendation from a faculty or staff member.

 

Surety Bond Authority Scholarship

Deadline: Dec. 1, 2021

Summary: Applicant must be pursuing a career in accounting, Banking, or Finance. Requires essay and unofficial transcript. One $1,500 scholarship.

 

Allied Van Lines Scholarship 2021

Deadline: Dec. 15, 2021

Summary: Applicant must be pursuing a major in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a similar field. Requires application, essay, unofficial transcript, and verification of enrollment. Three $1,000 scholarships.

 

Fitch Law Firm Anti-Drunk Driving PSA Scholarship

Deadline: Dec. 15, 2021

Summary: Applicant must have an interest in being responsible when it comes to the use of alcohol. Requires application, proof of age, proof of legal residency, and recorded 90 second video.

 

Rank-it.ca College Scholarship 2022

Deadline: March 1, 2022

Summary: Applicant must have an interest in consumer trends in the marketplace. Requires application and essay. One $500 scholarship.

 

Howard Memorial Scholarship

Deadline: The 2021-2022 application cycle for Howard Memorial Scholarships has closed. New applications will be available in early 2022.

 

Summary: Applicants for the Howard Memorial Scholarship must be residents of Brown County OR plan to attend Northern State University regardless of where they live. Requires application, page one of the federal income tax return, and a transcript. Scholarships up to $3,000 available.

 

South Dakota Board of Regents Scholarships

South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship

Summary: Applicants must be South Dakota students who attended an eligible higher education institution in South Dakota. Requires composite ACT score of 24 or higher, a cumulative GPA of 3.0, and completion of the high school course requirements commonly known as the Regents Scholar curriculum. Guaranteed to all students who qualify, $6,500 over four years.
