ABERDEEN, S.D. – The Northern State University Chamber Singers, under the direction of Timothy Woods, will present the 11th Bach’s Lunch Concert at noon Wednesday, March 23.

The concert, which honors the 337th birthday of Johann Sebastian Bach, will take place at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1620 Milwaukee Ave. N.E., Aberdeen.

Performers will include:

  • Allan Jacobson and William Wieland, piano
  • Stuart Davidson, organ and cello
  • Matej Cip, cimbalom
  • 12th Avenue Brass, Northern’s student brass ensemble, under the direction of Travis Netzer: Madison March, trumpet; Glorya Ekstrand, trumpet; Ava Pickard, horn; Noelle Nemmers, trombone; Justin Desens, tuba
  • NSU Chamber Singers and the Early Musick Ensemble, under the direction of Timothy Woods

After the program, a light lunch will be provided for performers and audience members. Admission is a freewill donation to NSU music scholarships at the door. NSU students are admitted for free.
